Common Plot area will have amenities like Stud farm, Horse riding, Eateries, Swimming pool, Cricket ground, Mela ground, Log house, Spa and health centre, Bird landing area, Water body, Bow and arrow, Riffle shooting, Rock climbing, Camp fire, Music band, Folk Dance.

Internal roads are 60ft, 40ft and 25ft wide.
